Fresh seared scallops on parsnip puree and saffron vinaigrette

Smoked salmon gravlax served on toasted buttered bread

Braised pig cheek in honey and English mustard sauce served with mushroom pasta parcels and black truffle shavings

Button mushrooms, smoked tomato puree, tarragon and red tabasco and cream
